"Exploring Whitman"
The first draft with two scenes completed and rendered using Unreal Engine 5, and Blender. The music is a placeholder for the style and feeling of each scene using a more upbeat feeling to the first scene when you walk through, having heavy emphasis on the trees and leaves, and the second scene being mainly focused on the rustic feeling of the wheatfields around Whitman county.

The Image on the right is a photo taken by my fiancée, and is the main inspiration for the entire project, having such unique colors in the image. The image on the left is a pre-render before texturing and adding foliage. This was the foundation of the first scene as the landscaping done in Unreal Engine 5 followed the previous landscaping.
A wiping effect showing the different layers of texture and lighting.

The inspiration of the second scene in the animation is Whitman county's vast wheat fields, this image taken by Sebastian Klein shows the amount of wheat, and how vast the fields can be.
The second draft, where the wheat field scene is tuned to an 18-21mm camera zoom to reduce the stretching that occurs on the edges of a high-FOV video. I've also reduced some lighting effects to make the lighting less apparent when moving the camera.
